3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in our programmes, parents or guardians must complete the online enrollment form with accurate information. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from froststrike-hold.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before the programme start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Payment plan options are available for programmes over £200.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

  • More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but credit toward future programme
  • After programme begins: No refund or credit

4.2 Cancellation by froststrike-hold

We reserve the right to cancel any programme due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.

4.3 Missed Sessions

No refunds are provided for missed sessions. Depending on the programme, make-up sessions or materials may be available at our discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Participant Behavior

All participants are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Participate actively and constructively
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions
  • Respect programme materials and facilities

5.2 Disciplinary Action

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety concern. No refund will be provided in cases of removal for disciplinary reasons.

6. Parental Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during enrollment
  • Informing us of any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions
  • Ensuring timely arrival and collection of participants
  • Updating contact information as needed
  • Reviewing programme materials with their child when appropriate

7. Safeguarding and Child Protection

froststrike-hold is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All our instructors hold enhanced DBS clearance. We follow strict safeguarding policies in accordance with UK law and best practices.

Parents and guardians should report any safeguarding concerns immediately to [email protected] or contact local authorities.

8. Photography and Video

We may take photographs or videos during our programmes for educational and promotional purposes. Parents and guardians will be asked to provide explicit consent for any use of images featuring their child. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
